Trip to KLCC Skybridge!

September 13, 2014

Despite being the employee of you-know-what, we don't really had the chance to visit the skybridge.okay, my husband didn't, i had my last trip back in 2012,and that's when i was an intern. so i just want to show my husband around, that's when i decided to book for the ticket to the skybridge!

I booked mine two days ahead, through the internal email. you-know-what employees got some discount, so i only paid RM 20 per person.I booked for 10.15 am slot, so we went there around 9 am, to pick up the tickets and later went for breakfast at Suria's food court.

the tix.

We finished breakfast and re-arrive at the main entrance around 9.50 am-ish. i thought our queue is already opened, so we were in the line, but then it's actually meant for the 10.00 am slot. well the guy just let us join the earlier trip (which consist of foreigners, so we kinda had this tourist feeling hehe).as you enter the entrance, you will get yourself photographed by the crew there, and this picture will be your souvenir.you can collect your picture at the exit later ya.

renovated check in counter.
First, we had a simple briefing at level G. I was mesmerized by the KLCC facts briefing from the hologram. I think i may have underestimated malaysia's technology a bit (because i thought it's not happening here, only in TV.haha).then, we were escorted to the Skybridge, located at level 41 (yeke?i lost my memory already T_T) that was meant for tourist. previously i had visit level 42, meant for staffs. then the guy explained a bit about the engineering side of the bridge, bla bla bla (i knew that already, since i watched the discovery channel on the construction of KLCC). anyhow we were given around 15 minutes to take pictures and stuff there...

and then, we were escorted to level 86 (this is new for me).there, again, i was awed by the augmented reality technology..i cannot imagine how it is when Ainul explained to me back in uni until..that moment.we just flash out ticket to the webcam and then it will show all the facts and visual about KLCC.

and again, we just took as much as pictures we could there. nothing much though. haha.

you should see the guy in the other screen.haha.

Like kids.

after we got bored, we just went downstairs, collect our complimentary pics and bought one fridge magnet with our pictures in it,and off we went to Eddie's wedding.

That's all. :)
